My husband and I stopped here for a night on our way from Queenstown to tour Doubtful sound (highly recommend this tour). I honestly wish he had spent another night here due to the view and serenity. It’s a super stylish space with amazing views and a hot tub for some epic star gazing at night. We were met by Susan upon arrival who was very sweet and accommodating. We had to be up and out at the crack of dawn for our boat tour, but I bet morning coffee/tea on the deck here would be beautiful. This house it’s maybe a 7 minute drive from restaurants downtown and my husband and I (both vegan) were able to find a restaurant in town with a vegan menu- which was unexpected and appreciated! All in all we had a great stay here in Te Anau and would highly recommend this stop if you’re on the way to Milford or Doubtful sound.
