I can’t rave enough about how wonderful it was to stay here. Hands down the best place we stayed in New Zealand. The check in process was so easy thanks to Susanna’s clear instructions and the place was a breeze to find. Susanna even messaged us about a tennis match in town, in case we were interested. The view is out of this world! Beautiful mountain and lake views. You can see Te Anau as well and adorable sheep pastures. The hot tub was lovely and there was an awesome Nespresso machine. They left us lovely jams, butter, bread, and milk. On our first night there we were so blown away, we decided to eat the above for dinner rather than going into town and having to leave such a beautiful place! The bedrooms were stylish and the bed we slept in was so comfy and the bathroom was beautiful an so well designed. We were so interested to learn about all of their eco-friendly innovations and it inspired me to do more now that we’re back home! They left a load of resources for us to check out in Te Anau and the surrounding areas. We had no question about our stay that Susanna and Glen didn’t leave the answer for in the house manual. We would absolutely come back to New Zealand and stay only in the Eco-lodge and check out Te Anau and the surrounding areas. We adored our stay and would recommend it to anyone!
