⇒ Guest Suite
Fiordland Eco-Retreat’s Guest Suite can either be:
- A three bedroom configuration for bookings of up to five guests, plus infants under the age of two. Infants stay free of charge and do not need to be included in the guest count.
- A one-bedroom suite, accommodating up to two guests.
Guest Suite 3-Bedroom
- Approx. 110m2 / 1200 sq ft internal space
- Up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms
- 1.5 bathrooms
Guest Suite 1-Bedroom
- Approx. 50m2 / 540 sq ft internal space
- Up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom
- 1 bathroom
No matter which size suite you book, the Guest Suite will contain the following:
- Kitchenette
- Separate cosy lounge
- Stunning 260° panoramic lake and mountain views
- Central heating to keep you warm, even in the depths of winter.
- Free, unlimited WIFI
- Private hot tub (spa pool) and heated outdoor shower
- Large, private BBQ and outside dining area
- Large, flat front lawn
- Freeview TV (NZ’s standard channels) and Netflix
- Comfortable bed(s) with quality linen
- Black-out blinds / curtains in bedroom(s).
- The 3-bedroom configuration also includes two extra bedrooms and a separate toilet.

⇒ Luxury Eco-Villa
Our new luxury 60m² self-catering detached accommodation villa is scheduled to open in time for Summer 2026/27; it is available to book from November 2026, and will accommodate up to two adults. It will have the same stunning panoramic lake and mountain outlook as our existing Guest Suite.

- Black-out blinds / curtains.

Minimum stay requirements: We usually have a 2-night minimum stay, but require a 3-night minimum stay over the 4-weeks from mid-December until mid-January. If our booking calendar shows shorter availability gaps, these should be bookable via our booking system.

“If you ever get the chance, stay here. The home is modern and has all the luxury of a 5 star hotel AND the nature immersion to feel like you are so far away. Susanna was a wonderful host, very welcoming and warm. The hot tub gives views of mountains all afternoon and stars into the night. This place doesn’t even feel like real life 🙂“
