Please note that we usually have a 2-night minimum stay.
We have a 3-night minimum stay for the 4 week period from mid-December until mid-January, unless our booking calendar shows shorter availability gaps – these should be bookable via our booking system.
A 20% payment will be taken at the time of booking, with the remainder payable one week prior to your arrival.

Guest Suite – Details & Availability
Until 30 June 2026, our Guest Suite will contain 3-bedrooms and can be booked for a maximum of 5 guests, plus any infants under the age of 2 years old. These infants may stay free of charge, and do not need to be included in the ‘Adults / Children’ count above.
From 1 July 2026, Fiordland Eco-Retreat’s Guest Suite will be reconfigured into a 50m² 1-bedroom guest suite, accommodating up to 2 guests.
The two smaller bedrooms and the separate powder room will no longer form part of Fiordland Eco-Retreat. From September 2026, the Guest Suite will consist of:
- Master bedroom
- Kitchenette / dining room
- Main bathroom
- Cozy lounge
- Hot tub
- BBQ
- Outdoor dining area
- Outdoor sitting area.

Stargazing Suites – Details & Availability
Two new luxury 50m² self-catering accommodation suites are scheduled to open in time for Summer 2026/27; they are available to book from November 2026, and will accommodate up to two adults in each . They will both have the same stunning views as our current Guest Suite.
Any imagery shared prior to their completion will be an artist’s rendered impression, and details are subject to slight change.
